We will explore how can we become and ally and make a change in our community. ABOUT
In 2012, the sisters of Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. at the University of Florida wanted to become a part of a movement that empowers young women to become better versions of themselves. Our goal was to boost collegiate women's self-esteem by growing their confidence, giving them courage, and showing them that the only limits they have are the ones they set for themselves. Between 2012-2015, nearly 400 young women from several universities in North/Central Florida have attended the conference, shared their experiences, made new friends, and created unforgettable memories
